Welcome to Evolve! Join us for a 2.5-hour in-person gathering that combines yoga, free guided movement, reflection, community, tea, and a sweet treat. Our intimate gatherings of no more than 14 individuals provide a safe and supportive space for women to connect, share experiences, and support each other on their journeys.
Through intentional movement and connection, we tap into our inner wisdom and build a community that empowers and uplifts. Our experience begins with breathwork and traditional yoga postures, followed by a unique, free guided movement as a group. We end with restorative yoga poses, essential oils, and Thai Yoga body assists, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
You will have time for solo reflection or journal prompts, and optional 1-on-1 sharing with the community, all accompanied by tea and a sweet treat.
Join us and discover the power of movement, reflection, and community. Whether you are new or experienced, we welcome you to this unique experience.

Welcome to an intimate and transformative gathering, where you'll explore the wisdom of your body and deepen your emotional awareness. With the guidance of three experienced practitioners and a small group of no more than 12 participants, you'll embark on a journey of self-inquiry, movement, and connection.

Our day begins with a welcome circle, where you'll meet your fellow participants and set intentions for the day. Then, we'll move into a Spa Yoga experience, led by Kristy McNaughton, Danielle Dickey, and Missy Haeberle. You'll ground and receive with the support of essential oils, hot stones, restorative postures, massage, and hands-on assists. This will prepare your body for the rest of the day's activities, helping you to open up and invigorate your energy body.

After a nourishing lunch, we'll move into communication circles facilitated by our experienced practitioners. You'll have the opportunity to be heard and to listen deeply, building connection and support with your fellow participants. This is a safe space for sharing and learning, where you'll gain clarity and emotional literacy.

In the afternoon, we'll explore embodied movement with Kristy McNaughton through Journey Dance, a transformative dance form that combines freestyle and structured movement. You'll tap into your innate state of joyous well-being and reconnect with your body's natural wisdom.

Our day ends with a closing circle, where we'll come together to reflect on our experiences and set intentions for moving forward. This is an experience suitable for all levels of healing journey, and we'll meet you wherever you are with an open heart and compassion. Come join us and explore the depths of your being in a safe and supportive space.
